How much ceiling height do I need for a power rack?
Measure your finished ceiling height and subtract clearance for the pull-up bar and your reach overhead. Each rack listing states its exact height — if you're between sizes, call us with your measurement before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
Is assembly included?
Equipment ships flat-packed for self-assembly with hardware and instructions in the box. Larger racks, cages and reformers are much easier with a second person. If a part is missing or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.
How do oversized items ship?
Racks, cages and reformers usually move by freight rather than parcel. The carrier normally calls to schedule a delivery window. Inspect the pallet on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Can I return equipment after assembly?
Returns need the item unused and in its original packaging, so we recommend confirming dimensions and clearance before you start building. If something arrives defective, that's a different process — we cover return shipping on defects.
Do you sell to gyms and studios?
Yes. For multi-unit or facility orders, email support@zachfitness.shop with the equipment list and quantities and we'll come back with lead times and freight options.
